Product Description

Vieira Flexible Foam Bullnose Formliners are step inserts for use with surface retarders to create exposed aggregate concrete.

May be attached to forms using screws from a wood backer.  Suggest also taping the top of the liner to the wood backer to prevent concrete from coming between the liner and the backer.

We recommend spraying surface retarder on the liners just before pouring.  Wipe with a sponge to ensure even coverage.  When pouring multiple steps, start pouring from the bottom step.  Concrete that has come in contact with the surface retarder should not moved around or blow-outs may occur when washing.

• Liners can typically be reused 2-3 times
• Will not snap when bent like rigid foam liners
• Easy to cut with utility knife
